1) No nutritional Value in soda...ususally sugar, carbonated water, natural flavors, caffeine, high fructose corn syrup
2) According to Harvard researchers, childhood obesity increases 1.6 times with eash soda can consumed.
3) Soda adds more sugar in typucal 2 year old's diet than cookies, candies, and ice cream combined.
4) Sugar and acids in soda causes tooth decay.
5) Soda can be used as toilet cleaner and rust remover....yummy!
6) Harvard study concluded association between soda consumption and bone fractures in 14 year old girls.
7) Average can of soda contains 35 mg of caffeine and 13 teaspoons of sugar.
